Meet Claudia, your Officiant 

Hello everyone, I am Claudia!

And I am a professional humanist celebrant (officiant), among the first three in Italy to be accredited with UNI Certification by FederCelebranti (Italian Federation of Celebrants) and selected as the regional representative for Sardinia.

I began conducting humanist ceremonies, particularly symbolic and civil weddings, in 2008. Since then, I have had the pleasure of celebrating the union of over a thousand couples seeking an authentic ceremony, free from religious constraints, yet deeply rooted in their values, their uniqueness, and above all, their love.

Conducting humanist ceremonies is my way of sharing and promoting a culture based on secular humanist values inspired by respect and freedom of conscience, without any distinction based on gender, sexual orientation, or religious belief.

I firmly believe that everyone has the right to experience the most significant moments of their lives through a ceremony that reflects their deepest feelings, whether it is a union, a welcoming ceremony, a farewell ceremony, or any other rite of passage.

Every ceremony I create is tailor-made, designed to tell the story, values, and emotions of those who experience it. The relationships of trust and empathy I build with couples and families are at the heart of my work: only in this way can words become an authentic story, capable of moving and engaging all participants.

I primarily conduct symbolic and civil weddings, but I am also qualified to perform farewell ceremonies (secular funerals), welcome ceremonies, and other rites of passage. I write and deliver my ceremonies in Italian, English, and Spanish, paying particular attention to the traditions and cultures of each country of origin. I specialise in bilingual ceremonies to ensure every event is inclusive and accessible.

I live in beautiful Sardinia, but am available to travel throughout Italy and Europe. I have already had the pleasure of officiating in Sicily, Campania, Puglia, Lazio, Tuscany, Liguria, Lombardy, Trentino, and Piedmont.

I am a Humanist Celebrant, part of the network of professional Celebrants accredited with UNI Accredia Certification by FederCelebranti, and a Minister of the Universal Life Church.
